1. This is how the first (and your main screen) looks when you open your own AMP robot software:
As soon as you log in, you need to set up the Email Configuration so that AMP can do accept, read, process, manage, answer incoming emails for you.
2. First comes the setting up of the receiving of emails. Its just the basic info. Put it all there so that AMP can recieve emails on your behalf. The info you use is completely secure and is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with anyone by us.
3. Then comes the sending of emails. Just enter the info and now AMP can send emails (even personalized emails) on your behalf and these emails can be as unique and specific as you want. You can choose to train AMP so that it mentions the client’s order number, name, date of purchase, etc etc dynamically EVERY TIME it sends an email (which means you won’t enter these details yourself each time; instead AMP will do it all for you – EVERY TIME).
4. Just get on with using the software. Its the FULL version you are getting for free for a period of 30 days. After the free license expires, you can get a new one from our website.
